• PICKUP LOCATION: RUSTAD RECREATION CENTER (Raffles will NOT be available at the Rustad front desk)

• VOLT Coaches are NOT responsible for the collection of raffle tickets. Ticket and ticket stubs must be picked up and dropped off at Rustad during one of the designated dates & times.

local season tournament schedule

• The Local program season will start practices in mid to late February
• Local teams will play in (5) tournaments from early March to early May
• Tournament schedules will be posted in each team's SportsEngine calendar as the season nears

• Any adjustments or changes to practice schedules will be communicated in SportsEngine.

TRAVEL TEAM HOTEL BLOCKS

• VOLT has provided hotel blocks for all travel tournaments, allowing teams to coordinate their stays during out-of-town travel tournaments.
• There are tournaments with a STAY & PLAY REQUIREMENT.  VOLT's ACCEPTANCE into the tournament is DEPENDENT on our hotel room count.

ONLINE OFFICIATING CERTIFICATES DUE 12/31

• Online officiating certificates for ALL TEAMS, TRAVEL & LOCAL, are due by December 31st.  
• All Officiating Certifications are valid for one season and must be completed yearly.

• REMEMBER: Must be signed into the SportsEngine account associated with the current membership.  If a member has multiple SE accounts, make sure they are signed into the correct SE account - the one associated with this season's membership. To launch USAV Academy, log-in to SportsEngine through a web browser, not through the SportsEngine phone app.  
• Once trainings are complete, certificates are saved in your players' SE account.  Coaches will follow up on any incomplete certificates.
