Current Director of Volt Volleyball, Twila Nogowski, has 18 years of coaching experience and position of club director. Twila is a teacher & educator at heart, dedicating hours of her time in developing young volleyball players over the past 18 years. Twila has grown VOLT Volleyball from two to three teams back in 2005 to its current 25+ teams in 2022 and 330+ athletes participating. Twila as a passion for the game and developing youth athletes.

The board of directors hires the Club Director. The duties of the director include:
• Oversee the VOLT Volleyball program
• Selects and hires coaches
• Selects tournaments for teams
• Develops and enforces coaching, player and parent conduct codes
• Resolves player, parent and coach issues and/or conflicts
• Secure gym space for placement practices and practices
• Organizes coaching clinic for all VOLT Coaches (expectations/drills)
• Creates & maintains club practice schedule 
• Online officiating organization & accountability for players/coaches
• Works with registration chair & treasurer on NCR requirements
• Communicates club expectations with coaches
• Communicates club expectation with parents
